Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
  • If the item was a gift, you will receive a gift credit.

Changes

We replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, send an email to ifloresmeister@gmail.com and send the item to: Copiapó 332, Santiago Centro.

Items Exempt from Refund

  • Gift cards.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds

  • Items damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to us.
  • Items returned after 30 days.

Refund Process

We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your return. If it is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you're still having issues, please email us at ifloresmeister@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Do not return the product to the manufacturer. Send the item to: Copiapó 332, Santiago Centro.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on your location, the arrival time of the exchanged product may vary.

We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
